Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ prior relevant experience.  S/he must have outstanding interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.  The candidate should also have strong organizational skills, the ability to think strategically, and ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies, including parents, students of varying age ranges, faculty, and staff.  S/he must have the ability to manage a large summer camp staff and be available for weekend and evening events for one month in the summer.
