This two-year position involves teaching under the guidance of an experienced teaching mentor. The fellow will also coach at least one season of a sport and will have residential life responsibilities. Compensation includes full payment for graduate school tuition, room and board during the school year, and a stipend.

For the 2019-2020 school year, we anticipate hiring a Math Fellow. The candidate will teach two sections of a Mathematics course and will be responsible for collaborating regularly with Mathematics teachers of all levels. Emma Willard’s Math curriculum strives to engage students consistently in developing a strong skills foundation and problem solving, using technology to enhance student learning. The Math Fellow will contribute to the continuous effort to review, refresh and expand the math curriculum. Dedication to the holistic wellness of students is essential, as is ability and comfort in frequent communication with students’ advisors and parents.

To be considered for this position, the candidate needs also to be accepted into the graduate program at Clarkson University.
