What is Girls’ School NET: Networking & Empowering Together?
NCGS will host a Girls’ School NET: Networking & Empowering Together reception in the greater Los Angeles, California area, during the 2019 NCGS Conference, Dream, Dare, Do: Girls as Makers, Inventors, Engineers, and Entrepreneurs. Girls’ School NET events are a great opportunity for schools and strategic partners to connect with their alumnae/constituents and fellow educators from other girls’ schools and girl serving organizations.
Girls’ School NET receptions can easily be used as a ready-made, cost-effective regional alumnae event. Participation fees are based on how many guests attend from your school. Invite your alumnae to make three powerful connections in one evening: engage with their alma mater, unite with classmates in their region, and network with other girls’ school alumnae.
The Girls’ School NET is also a great way for administrators and educators to connect with peers working in a common capacity around the globe from a network of over 15,000 educators and nearly 1 million alumnae. Receptions are complimentary for all conference attendees.
Location & Cost
This evening reception will be held on the campus of Westridge School, the host location for the 2019 NCGS Conference. We encourage you to plan a dinner with your alumnae following the reception at one of the many restaurants located in or around the Pasadena area.
Participation fees are based on how many alumnae guests will attend from your school:
- 1-5 guests = $375
- 6-10 guests = $675
- 11-15 guests = $1,000
- 16-20 guests = $1,350
- For groups over 21, please contact Megan Murphy
How to Participate
If you are interested in inviting your alumnae to join you at the Girls’ School NET reception, please email Megan Murphy with “LA NET 2019” as the subject. If requested, we will be happy to send you language to send to your alumnae/constituents for your school’s invitation.
