NCGS in Support of Public Single-Sex Schools (link to Globe article).

Executive Director, Meg Moulton's letter appeared in the Boston Globe in response to the city's decision not to open a boys' and a girls' public school in Boston.  A number of supporting e-mails were received including this one from Josh Solomon of The Young Women's Leadership Network:  "I really enjoyed reading your letter in the Boston Globe in support of girls' schools. You got right to the heart of the negative language by the ACLU that single-sex public schools are an "experiment." Thank you for pointing out that mischaracterization so forcibly and in highlighting our school as an example. It looks to me like the Superintendent did not go forward with her plan for the girls' school in Boston, but I'm glad supportive voices were heard!"
