Convent of the Sacred Heart, Greenwich, Connecticut is an independent, Catholic, college preparatory school for girls and young women from pre-school through grade 12.

We are seeking a professional capable of implementing a comprehensive, multi-million dollar Annual Fund program that has shown significant growth over the years and has growth potential.

The Director will prepare annual solicitation mailings and customized correspondence for constituent groups; upgrade giving; reinstate/acquire donors; support development challenge grants; cultivate, solicit and steward assigned major donors; identify and research prospective donors; recruit and work with volunteers; assist with special events and phone-a-thons; and  prepare donor status and financial progress reports.

Candidates will be goal oriented and adept in working with multiple constituencies; have effective communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills; computer skills (Raiser's Edge, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualified candidates will embrace the Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart; have a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.  Competitive salary and excellent benefits package offered.
