Harpeth Hall seeks an applicant with experience in either selective college admissions or college counseling to apply for the position of Assistant Director of College Counseling. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), possess excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to coordinate tasks in a deadline-driven environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Naviance WorkSpaceK12 preferred, a strong sense of ethics, and a willingness to spend some evening and weekend hours in job-related duties as well as participating in or supporting school events and activities. The position will include some travel to colleges, universities, and professional conferences.

Harpeth Hall is an independent 5-12 day school for girls with 142 years of excellence in education for young women.  Harpeth Hall is dedicated to academic excellence and to teaching girls to think critically, lead confidently, and live honorably.
