Creating Connections

At Annual NCGS International Girls' Forum, Students Learn To Be Citizens of the World

GlobeAs we often say, today's girls are tomorrow's leaders. But leadership doesn't end at any one country's borders. A global perspective is called for, the ability to see oneself as a global citizen. It is for this reason that we invite students from NCGS schools in the U.S., Canada, Great Britain, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand to attend the NCGS Annual Conference each year. As delegates for their peers, they attend a special International Girls Forum and also sit in on Conference meetings and share their views with the adult attendees.
