Thank you for your interest in attending the 2024 ICGS Conference, to be held June 24-26 at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Registration pricing for the event, which includes three days of programming, a welcome reception, lunch, and a networking reception, is listed below. Group Rate information is included at the bottom of the page.
REGULAR REGISTRATION
May 7-June 14, 2024
ICGS Members: $750 USD
Non-Members: $1,000 USD
Conference Presenters*: $600 USD
*Those whose proposals have been accepted by ICGS for presentation at the 2024 ICGS Conference are required to register by March 22, 2024.
ADD-ONS
Pre-Conference Workshops: $150 USD
June 24, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Baltimore Orioles vs. Cleveland Guardians at Camden Yards: $30 USD
June 25, 6:30 p.m.
Post-Conference School Visits: $150 USD
June 26, 12:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
GROUP RATES
The Coalition is pleased to offer special Group Rates as follows: $25 discount on each ticket price for delegations of 5-9; $50 off each ticket price for delegations of 10-15; and a flat registration fee of $400 for the 16th and subsequent delegates from the same school/organization. Groups are recognized as colleagues from the same school or organization. Presenters may count toward a school’s total number of attendees, but they are not eligible for an additional discount.
