Director of Summer School and Enrichment Programs Finance and Administration

Under the direction of the Associate Head of Finance and Administration, the Director of Summer School and Enrichment Programs oversees the School’s robust Summer School Program. Marlborough’s highly-regarded five-week Summer School Program enrolls over 500 students in grades K-8 and employs nearly 200 faculty and student workers. The program draws families from the immediate neighborhood and surrounding Los Angeles area. The program is an important financial component of the School’s operating budget.
Additionally, and in partnership with the Associate Head of Academics and the Director of Enrollment Management, the Director provides strategic direction and oversight with regard to after-school and weekend programming, including programs that impact academic school year admissions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in budget and planning, marketing, strategic planning, curricular development, and program oversight. S/he should be a creative thinker who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate is also an effective problem- solver and someone who can think and function entrepreneurially within a non-profit setting.
