Vivian Webb School: Science Teacher (Posted: November 7, 2017)

The Webb Schools is searching for a full-time science teacher for the 2018-2019 school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching a broad range of high school science courses and an interest in developing high-level lab and/or field-based electives. Candidates should have the capacity to teach a range of subjects and an interest in the intersection of the traditional science disciplines such as biology, chemistry, and physics. We will consider candidates with administrative experience or an interest in a department head position for the role of science department chair, which is another open position for the 2018-2019 school year. Each full-time faculty member at The Webb Schools is required to teach, coach and/or provide supervision in the Afternoon Program, serve as an advisor, and perform regular duty in support of the residential program.
