St. Margaret’s is seeking an energetic, organized, data focused, charismatic administrative coordinator for the Office of Admission. The Enrollment and Financial Aid Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the office and helps guide families through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment. In addition, the coordinator prepares statistical reports, handles financial data, and maintains inventory of admission materials. This position requires attention to detail, confidentiality, flexibility, reliability, and initiative in a fast-paced office environment. The ability to collaborate on the admission team and within the school community is essential. This is a full-time 12-month position with benefits.
